  My boyfriend at the time (now fiance) He picked out a engagement ring for me on the 8th feb. Anyway They said it would take 4 weeks to be resized so the estimated date was 4th march. I only JUST picked up my ring yesterday (10th) march after having to email twice as well as my partner emailing and them not even replying to him. So i have no idea if the ring was sitting there for the past week and no communication or what but i was VERY dissapointed very terrible customer service and even when i went to pick the ring up the woman at the counter didnt even try to say a hello or anything i was just standing there waiting to collect my ring. Apart from all that i did get the ring finally and it's beautiful of course but i just wish they communicated with me or him.
  
  But really they should be better at communication alot more and if something in suppose to be in store that date call/email that person to let them know.
