  I didn’t buy a car from here, but I nearly did until my circumstances changed. I received excellent service from Brian Muller who is the used car sales manager. Communication was also very good. I was not bullied in any way and the whole experience was very pleasant. I can recommend this dealership based on my good experience.

  I have had my three cars serviced there over the last two or more years & have found them lacking in care & experience but staff were always friendly.
  Charged double what oil & filter change should have been but they also tightened belt they left loose on previous service.
  Car was returned with the white carpet black with grease on drivers side.
  Could not find the source of a noise in suspension.
  Although I did not say anything at the time I will not be going there again.
  The management has contacted me & we have sorted this issue out since. Thanks for reading.

  Hayden gets 5 ⭐'s for his Special Customer Service -
  I'm not a customer but arrived in Tamworth from
  Sydney and thought I had a tyre leak (1 week ago).
  Seeking help I was disappointed with the lack of assistance from front office.
  As I am a Senior lady I left your shop quite disgruntled.
  At this point Hayden followed me to my car and persuaded me to return to your workshop so my tyres could be checked.
  Honestly, this was an amazing turn around for Kensells Holden
  I was so impressed that I shared this information on my Face Book page.
  THANK YOU - I was grateful for Hayden's help that day.

  Brian and all the staff at kensells were so amazing and made the purchase of our new car such a fantastic experience. The professional approach taking by all the staff was so refreshing and made the process so relaxing and stress free. This is our family’s second car purchased at kensells and will never go to another dealership ever again. Nothing was a hassle and made our kids feel welcome thru the whole process. Thanks kensells!

  Could not have asked for a better buying experience at Kensell's. Enquired about the car from Sydney, and Brian was extremely helpful and responsive, answering all questions promptly and providing videos, photos and extensive information on the vehicle. A great dealership filled with helpful and genuine staff.

  On a road trip from Melbourne to Brisbane and we received great personal service by Brad, Nick and Tim in the Service Department. I was having intermittent battery problems and without charge Brad's team tested the battery and assured me that whilst it needed a charge the long drive would keep it on good order until I reached my destination. Although I was willing to buy a new battery they said it wouldn't be necessary! Now that is what I call great service with a smile. Highly recommend Kensells. Thanks guys.
