  What a rude used car salesman . Went in to look at a Ford territory was told he wouldn't recommend buying one, exact words were " I wouldn't sell you one of these" and walked off leaving us standing there. So we went and bought one from a pleasant young man at Country Autos.

  Arrogant service centre manager not willing to help out, seemed like because the car doesn't go back for services didn't care. Good deals when we bought the car piss poor after service will never go back.

  These guys couldnt have been more helpful. I showed up on there door step on a friday arvo as i am travelling through town and sorted my problem immediately. Top service boys.

  We arrived in Tamworth late in the day needing some mechanical advice about our Ford Territory. They were able to check our car and meet our need immediately. The receptionist and Chad went over and above to meet our needs.

  I would not give this dealership even a 1 star rating but I had to give at least 1 star to publish. I purchased a new ford ranger off them and got ripped off with the rego at first. Salesman agreed to give me a bonnet protector as compensation (never did) then he since left. Had all my services their (stupid me). Had 2 x rear main oil seal failures under warranty whereby the transmission has to come out. Following the second seal replacement had a knocking sound particularly when towing off the start. Fossey's checked it out and said my rear shocks were leaking and that was the cause. These were after market HD Tough Dog shocks still under warranty. Took vehicle to the Tough Dog manufacturer at Newcastle. Shocks were removed and tested. Nothing wrong with them however they replaced them anyway at their expense. Noise still apparent so went back to Tough Dog. They rechecked springs etc and just by chance they found the transmission WAS NOT BOLTED DOWN ... the nuts were missing, hence the transmission was slamming up & down under load. Tough Dog guys resecurred the transmission for me and I took it back to Fossey's because Tough Dog tech's were concerned about the drive train alignment and tailshaft back lash (excessive) and possible damage to engine mounts as a result of the 'floating' transmission. Fossey's inspected it an said all was ok apart from the tailshaft centre bearing cap being installed incorrectly (guess who did that) ... yep, Fossey's not only did they not secure the transmission but they incorrectly refitted the centre bearing cap. I explained what I had been through and my concerns going forward regarding the drive train wear and reliability. They provided me no explanation let alone an apology for THEIR STUFF UPS. They seemingly could not give a sh%t. It has cost me considerable time and $$ running around to get to the bottom of this issue. Now my vehicle is out of warranty. I will be also writing to Ford Australia. I will never return to this pathetic dealership. As for the guys at Tough Dog Suspension they could not be more helpful and also incurred great expense due to JT Fossey's incompetence.
