Firstly, as soon as they found I am an Indian their smile went away because I am Black. Their preference is WHITE SKIN people. Secondly I had to upload my documents. They said we need hard copy I said I don’t have hard copy. Last time I updated my documents from different branch and I just emailed all documents to one of the representative and they updated. She was like , NO GO AND GET ONE. Then I politely asked could you print it out for me please ?because if I go and get docs printed out it would take more than 30mins and SHE SAID WE CANNOT PRINT OUT YOUR DOCS. Anyway , I complied with their instructions and brought the hard copy and she scanned all documents and uploaded and gave me hard copy back. I was like if you had to upload all my docs as a soft copy anyway, why couldn’t you let me email you and you upload that way ? It’s soft copy too. It is a same thing. The way you did, It’s a wastage of time. She said with no smile ALL GOOD!!!!!!!Totally disappointed from them.
