  I have always attended OPSM for my eye tests and prescription glasses and sunglasses. Honestly the staff have never been anything except professional, patient , welcoming and experts in their field. They all give great advice and nothing is ever a drama. Glasses are usually ready in under the specified time and fitted accurately. You can drop in to have frames adjusted and reparied anytime.I would never go anywhere else

  I recently bought two pairs of glasses fro OPSM Tamworth. The service was great. From the eye test, to choosing the frames and fitting them. My glasses were back in less than a week. Had to visit again yesterday to get the frames on one pair readjusted. Nothing was a problem. Thanks guys!

  I visited OPSM Tamworth recently for an eye examination for both new contact lenses & glasses. I have been a customer of the store for over 30 years.
  Quinh is a wonderful & thorough optometrist who really cares about the health of your eyes & explains all options available.
  The store is light & bright & the team are both friendly & professional, nothing is too much trouble.
  They happily spend time with you to assist in choosing new glasses frames, ensuring you feel comfortable with the fit & look of your glasses.
  I’ve always received a follow up call to advise when my glasses or contacts are ready for collection & to check that there are no issues. Highly recommended.

  I had my first visit to OPSM Tamworth today after being a customer of another Tamworth optometrist for 25 years but becoming unsatisfied with their level of service since expanding. My experience with OPSM Tamworth was exactly what I had hoped for! I was treated as a person instead of a number and actually had someone with the know how take the time to assist me in choosing a set of frames that suit and fit me properly rather than be distracted and try and rush me out the door! My eye test was fully explained and an issue i had questioned (twice) at my old optometrist was finally explained and addressed! Customer service is everything and I am very happy that I chose to switch to OPSM Tamwoth!
