  For the recent sale of our house, we interviewed several real estate agents.   Paul and Paula are true professionals and an amazing team. From the very beginning to the end we were so impressed with their communication skills and how organised they are. We never had to chase up anything and they were always on top of everything. We value their advice and opinions, as they are very professional, skilled, ethical, honest and experienced at what they do. They went above and beyond to help in any way that they can. They showed a great level of interest and dedication towards our property and we felt like getting the best result for us was of the highest importance to them - we were not just a number to them.   The dynamic duo .. that’s what I call Paul and Paula. You don’t get one amazing real estate agent , you get two. From start to finish they where a dream.. I had been looking for a rental property for sometime and happened to meet them at an open house. Once I have given them the details of what I was looking for they soon had some amazing properties for us to look at. Nothing was ever a bother and they went well beyond anything I had ever experienced with other agents.   A huge thank you to Team Ashcroft and especially a personal heartfelt thanks to Paula, this was our first home purchase and found the process daunting to say the least with many other first home buyers all bidding and chasing properties at the time.
  
  Paula was very friendly, helpful and informative of what the processes were and steps required, we had looked at a many other properties and fell in love with our now New Home at our first visit before the open day. There was no rush in looking around and viewing and taking time to have several walk arounds and we were made to feel welcome.
  
  Throughout the entire process from our first meeting to the final collection of the keys, Paula was professional and friendly, her experience and wealth of information had a welcoming and calming effect to assist with our first purchase.
