  When shopping at Fantastic Furniture Tamworth we were given some great advice by one of the staff members. We came in with buying a specific lounge but ended up choosing another due to this helpful advice.
  However, when sat on the lounge in the shop I requested what side to have the chaise on, showing the lady what side (wasn't sure if it would be considered the left when sitting down on it or the right when looking at it).
  
  After waiting 5 months for it to arrive, we quickly realised the chaise was made on the wrong side....
  Luckily, we reevaluated our placement of the lounge and it ended up working out better. However, it is a very careless mistake if we couldn't make it work and it would've been extremely frustrating having to wait for a new one to be delivered after waiting all this time..

  There delivery service is terrible and when you say I will be home in 3 minutes they say we already left
