  Had dinner with my family and the overall experience was not very pleasant. Went there bcoz of the good reviews.Ordered Tandoori Chicken and the Chicken was stale. The order itself took around 20 mins with just two tables occupied and there was just one staff. Ordered Chicken Korma and again the Chicken was clearly stale and the overall curry tasted like brother of Butter Chicken. Butter Naan was good. May be others have had a good experience but that was not the case with us unfortunately. Not going there again. Not recommended based on my experience.

  Well. Thank you for your response.
  First of all, this is not a fake review. We arrived from Sydney to Tamworth on a holiday during the long weekend and just thought of having an Indian dinner that evening.We selected two Indian restaurants( there could be more) and since yours had a better review, we went ahead.
  I clearly mentioned in my reviews that ‘we’ did not like the food which might not be the case with others. However, rather than taking the feedback in a positive way you have just shown as if we made a huge mistake by going there.You could have simply said that you would try and improve the experience the next time and that would have been enough, full stop!!!. I anyways don’t live in Tamworth so not sure when I would visit next.
  Being in a customer service industry, you should learn to take customer reviews in a positive way. We all are humans, things can go wrong sometimes. Just accept your fault and move on. That is how mature businesses would behave.
  Now let me clarify the points you have mentioned in your response.
  Yes, there were just two tables occupied out of I guess 7-8 tables in your restaurant. Yes, we were at second table and it took you 10-15 minutes to take our order. Then 20 minutes to bring the food.
  As per what you are saying, let’s say if there were 1 or 2 more tables occupied then the order time would be 40 to 60 minutes ??
  Yes we left in a hour. How long do you think it takes two and a half people to eat half tandoori Chicken and a Chicken Korma with 2 butter naan ? and that too when you are hungry. isn’t 30 minutes enough ?
  Just bcoz it is famous doesn’t mean that it will be good always. Your cook can mess up sometimes. There might be some other problem. As I said, we are humans, we make mistakes. This is a weird logic to just say that if our dish is famous it will be 100% good and no one can raise a finger about it.
  When I went to make the payment, your staff asked me how was the food to which I clearly said that I did not like it. I said - “I am sorry for this but we did not like the Chicken. I am saying just because you asked”. The staff just said ‘Its fine’. How can you say that I did not say anything while I was there.
  And lastly, it is just disgusting for you to say that we still ate all our food and left. Don’t know how to respond to this statement. Yes, my fault. I should have just left. Probably because my kid was too hungry and waiting for the Chicken I couldn’t, but next time, I will definitely leave. No matter what you might think about me thereafter but I will still leave and show you this comment if you ask me to pay for the food then.
  Good luck to you and your restaurant with such attitude towards customer service. I reiterate, my review was based on my experience of that night. That’s it. I don’t care if the whole world is dying to eat at your place. I also don’t care if you were busy with takeaways and other deliveries.Next time, may be put up a board, ‘WE ARE BUSY, YOU NEED TO WAIT LONGER’.
  On a lighter note, do you seriously think someone will be free enough to post a fake review for a small restaurant in a country town. Seriously!!!
